I am trying to generate a popup object after an object gets a collision. I would like these popups to move away from the object and disappear. Right now I am instantiating a new object on every collision and then within the update I am translating the position of said object to have the “move away ” effect. The problem is because every collision results in a new object, each object only moves when the other is gone. Meaning if I hit an object 3 times, the first popup will move while the other 2 stand still overlapping each other until the first object disappears and then the second will move and so on. Is there a way to make every instantiated object begin moving as soon as it is spawned? Each object will have the same name but I do not want my object to be waiting on another object in order to decide whether or not it moves.
